Easy Healthy Granola Recipe
~5 Ingredients and ~30 min away from the perfect snack!

If I knew how easy, healthy and delicious this recipe is, I would have started making it years ago :)
Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned oats
2 cups nuts you like (I add 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts, pecan, almonds each and 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds)
1/4 cup honey (test this one to figure out how much honey yields the sweetness you like)
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tablespoon brown sugar mixed with 1 tablespoon hot water
1 cup of dried fruit (optional), I personally don’t like
Instructions
- Heat up oven to 140 degrees Celsius.
- Mix All ingredients together. ( I like using my hand)
- Spread onto a sheet pan on a thin layer.
- Bake for about ~30 minutes till just golden. Mix the granola in oven midway, after ~15 min.
- Remove from oven and add dry fruit, while still hot.
- Wait till cool and crispy.
- Transfer to an airtight container and store for up to a month.
